Dear members and friends of ‘The Association of Lyceum Past Students’
In its 29th year from foundation date, the Association asks each and every
one of you members in ALPS, to come forward and submit your nomination
form for the filling of posts within council of administration. This year, all the
present council members will be terminating their term in office. Fresh
elections shall be held and a new council formed to lead The Association
of Lyceum Past Students for the coming years. This was advised in last copy
ALPS newsletter sent to you in January 2023 ( vide: page 3 with full details)
Changes shall need to be made at the Annual General Meeting this year,
because existing President George Stagno Navarra and Secretary General
Alex Borg, will not contest again for the same posts they held for many years.
The time has come for new blood to be injected into the association board and
the forthcoming elections must see new faces coming in to lead ALPS.
This year the AGM will be held at IL LICEO (KULLEGG San Gorg Preca) at
WENZU MALLIA STREET HAMRUN AT 6.00 PM ….ON FRIDAY 24TH FEB 2023
You are therefore urgently requested to submit your nomination form hereunder.
Please send it either by e-mail to alpsmalta@gmail.com or to ALPS Secretary General,
at the address: Alson no: 82 Naxxar Road San Gwann SGN 9032. The AGM is scheduled
for the 24th February and all nominations must be received from you not later than
12.00hrs ( noon ) on the 21st February 2023. Kindly indicate your preference for
any one of the undermentioned posts within the administration of ALPS.
