THE ALPS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD AT LICEO HAMRUN ON 4TH JUNE 2025
The ALPS Annual General Meeting was held on the 4th June 2025 at the LICEO buildings Hamrun, inside the headmaster’s boardroom .Yet again this year, attendance was rather poor but nevertheless, the Annual General Meeting was held. Secretary General presented his administrative report for 2024. Audited accounts of ALPS for year ended 31st Dec 2024 have also been presented by Mr. Alex Micallef. The meeting was transmitted to all local and overseas stations via Teams /Google. The ALPS overseas representatives Milo Vassallo in Canada as well as Godfrey Sultana in Australia, have taken part and contributed in the discussion held at AGM on Line. In the absence of the ALPS President Mr. George Galea who had sent his apologies prior to the meeting, ALPS immediate past president George Stagno Navarra, delivered a short speech, thanking all those present from Malta and from overseas. A word of thanks was extended to all outgoing council members, for the work they have done during the past year.
Elections were held and the new ALPS Committee members for 2025/2026 were confirmed. Hereunder, please find the list of re-elected members, who have all agreed to serve on Council of Administration for the year 2025/2026..
