A.L.P.S 2026 Valentine weekend at Radisson Golden Sands Resort
THE ALPS SUCCESSFUL VALENTINE’S WEEKEND 20TH TO 22ND FEBRUARY 2026
The Association of Lyceum Past Students – ALPS, has celebrated the VALENTINE’S week-end event at the Radisson Golden Sands this year, between the 20th to 22nd February 2026. It was enjoyed by ALPS members and their families, who have participated at this years’ celebration. The traditional RED flower carnation was gifted to all the lady guests on entering the ballroom for a sumptuous dinner, exceptionally well prepared and served by the Radisson Golden Sands Resort.
The hotel guest rooms were liked by everybody. The food at the Flavours restaurant for dinner and breakfast on Friday and Sunday, was to everyone’s satisfaction. But the cherry on the cake of course, came with the Valentine’s dinner served in the ballroom on Saturday. Food was of exceptional quality and we wish to say a big thank you, to all the kitchen and waiting staff for such a wonderful evening. We must not forget the reception and office staff who have all assisted for making this a special weekend break to all who have participated. Raffles were drawn and many hampers including some voucher hotel gifts have been won at different tables. Holy mass was celebrated inside the hotel on Sunday morning by Fr. William Bartolo the ALPS spiritual director.
A great success from beginning to end. Already, the ALPS members and their families are planning ahead, for another get together to celebrate the Yuletide event in December this year.
